Spinach Pasta!

Ingredients:

  1. 300 grams pasta

  2. 300 grams spinach

  3. 2 potatoes

  4. 3 onions

  5. 4 garlic

  6. spiring onions(optional)

  7. Peas(optional)

  8. Paprika(optional)

  9. Cheese(optional)

Spices

  1. Salt

  2. Pepper

  3. Chili powder

  4. Turmeric powder

  5. Coriander powder(optional)


Way to Cook

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in an elongated frying pan. wait till heated a bit before putting in potatoes to cook. after the potatoes are half cooked add the onions and garlic.

  2. Add pasta & peas to boil in a separate container in parallel with the frying pan.

  3. In the frying pan once the onions are golden brown add the boiled pasta with peas to the container including the water as well.

  4. Add spring onions and paprika and cubes of cheese in the mix.

  5. Add the spices such as 2 teaspoons salt,1/2 teaspoon pepper,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 teaspoon chili powder.

  6. Put the lid on the pan after stirring till all the spices are mixed. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.

  7. Let the pasta cool down and it is ready to be served!

PS:

You can add even more vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrot, and others according to your preference as well as in non-veg such as chicken, mutton, or eggs.

For making the gravy creamy instead of using the water from boiled pasta you can add milk, cream, or even yogurt!
