Ingredients:
250 grams Pasta
200 grams chicken(boneless preferably)
2 potatoes
1 whole Paprika
2 onions
a small piece of ginger
Garlic sauce or 4 cloves of garlic
Milk or cream
Spices
Salt 3 teaspoons
Pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chili powder 2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds(Jeera) 1 teaspoon (optional)
Mustard seeds(Rai) 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
In a non-stick pan, pour 2-3 spoons sunflower oil to heat up, once heated up put Cummin seeds & mustard seeds.
In about a minute add chicken to the pan with onions.
In a separate container add the pasta in boiling water with some salt sprinkled in it.
Add potatoes with the pasta in about a minute for boiling as well.
Once the onions have turned a bit golden brown, add the garlic sauce or finely chopped ginger garlic to the mix.
Once the chicken is well cooked, lower the heat to medium flame and add chopped paprika into it.
Pour the pasta & potatoes into the mix after straining the water.
To make the pasta creamy, add about 100ml of milk or 50ml of cream.
Add the spices according to your preferences or given in my spices list!
Let it simmer for 3 mins and then cool it off. Once done it's ready to serve!
