Ingredients:
1. 250 grams spaghetti
2. French Dressing 100 ml( Delique : Fruchtig-Pikant )
3. 2 potatoes
4. 2 onions
5. 2 carrots
6. a small piece of ginger
7. Garlic sauce or 4 cloves of garlic
8. Milk or cream
9. spiring onions(optional)
10. Peas(optional)
11. Paprika(optional)
12. Broccoli(optional)
13. Cabbage(optional)
14. Cheese (optional)
Spices
1. Salt
2. Pepper
3. Chili powder
4. Garam masala
5. Turmeric powder
6. Coriander powder(optional)
7. Cumin seeds(Jeera)
8. Mustard seeds(Rai)
Steps
1. In a non-stick pan, pour some sunflower oil to heat up, once heated up put Cumin seeds & mustard seeds.
2. In about a minute add potatoes & carrots to the pan.
3. In a separate container add the spaghetti after breaking it into half if the container is small.
4. Once the potatoes are half done add onions, peas, paprika & cabbage.
5. Once the onions have turned a bit golden brown, add the garlic sauce, French dressing, and spring onions into the mix.
6. To make the pasta creamy, add about 200ml of milk or 100ml of cream.
7. Pour the spaghetti into the mix after straining the water.
8. Add the spices according to your preferences.
9. Let it simmer for 3 mins and then cool it off. Once done it's ready to serve!
