Ingredients:
Bread
Onions 250 grams
Potato 500 grams
Tomato puree (200ml)
Ginger-garlic paste(Optional)
Spices:
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder
Garam masala
Steps:
In a nonstick pan, pour some sunflower oil to heat up.
Add finely chopped onions and wait till slightly golden brown.
Add small chunks of cut-up potatoes into the mix.
After 5 minutes add tomato puree into the pan.
Once the potatoes are fully cooked and turned soft add the desired spices.
Serve it on a plate and have it with some toasted bread and butter!
