Eggplant Sauce!

Ingredients:

  1. Eggplant - 1 piece

  2. Red Bell pepper - 2 piece

  3. Green chilis or dry chili - 3-4 pieces

  4. Onions - 2 pieces

  5. Bread of your choice

Spices:

  1. Cummin - 1/2 teaspoon

  2. Salt - 2 teaspoons

  3. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

  4. Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon

  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon

  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

  7. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon


Steps:


1. Roast eggplant and red bell peppers in the oven for about 15 minutes.

2. Till the roasting is done take some oil in a pan.

3. Put cumin, dry or green chillis, ginger, garlic.

4. Saute. Then add finely chopped onions.

5. After they turn golden brown, add tomato puree.

6. Till then our vegetables will be ready in the oven. Take them out. Cool them and grind only once or twice in a mixer.

7. Now transfer this smooth yet crunchy paste into the pan.

8. Add spices like garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, pepper as per your choice.

9. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.

10. Pair it with your favorite bread and enjoy!
