Draw the LINE! - Part 1

On paper or in Life? What if I say I am talking about both! Have you ever had a straight line of writing with No ruled notebooks? But, have you observed how well you can write when there is a line provided for you stating that it is how words can be written in a straight line?

I believe that in life the same concept can be applied. If you are as clear and precise as a ruled notebook, people can never force you into anything that you do not want to do. They have an idea as to what you like and do not like to do. When you speak up for yourself that is when the will know if you are hurt, happy, sad, angry, irritated, disturbed or even blacked out! :P. How can you expect someone to magically read what is going on in your mind without saying out loud? I mean they have things to think about too you know! Trying to find a relation with the title? I am trying to say, draw a line on your expectations!! The other person may or may not be a wizard, expect the same things that you would do in return or at least have already done!

You are available for people all the time? You have work of your own but still cater to their interests, needs etc? It either means you are completed bored with your life that you are trying to find the happiness somewhere or you have no spine of your own! You are willing to sacrifice your time for them while they might be arranging things according to their timetable without as much of a peep at you! Learn to Draw the Line, it is no more about just saying No! The appreciation might only be for a minute, but the delay might be irreversible for your timeline. From time to time, disappear to cater to your own needs, no matter how many people you meet, how many parties you attend, how many events you organize there will always be a hundred more things you might miss.

A stress-free life is an overrated fantasy. To be honest, there is no fun in life if you are not running after a deadline, running to a party, running late for class or office. Draw the line as to what stress to take and what not to.
