Ingredients
Onions
Tomato puree
Sesame seeds
Chickpeas
Masala
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Pepper - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Steps
In a bowl pour about 100 grams of chickpeas and add water to it and let it soak through the night.
In a pan add oil and once warmed up, add finely chopped onions.
Once the onions are golden brown add tomato puree to the mix.
After about a minute add the soaked up chickpeas to the mix and half a cup of water.
Add the spices into the mix and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Once done serve it in a bowl and add sesame seeds for garnishing.
