Chocolate Cake

Ingredients


  1. Chocolate cake mix

  2. Eggs - 3

  3. Milk - 100ml

  4. Butter - 200 ml

  5. Icing sugar + cocoa powder or chocolate syrup


Steps:


  1. In a bowl, pour melted butter, milk, and eggs.

  2. With an electric whipper, whip the mixture for 2-3 mins until a foam forms at the top.

  3. Pour in the cake mix a little at a time in the bowl and keep whipping.

  4. Once all the cake mix is over, whip until all the lumps are mixed properly in the batter.

  5. In the baking container add a layer of melted butter so the cake does not stick.

  6. Pour in the batter and set it till it's plain.

  7. Bake the cake for about 45 min for a moist inside or 55 if you want it to be completely baked on the inside.

  8. In a microwaveable bowl add icing sugar and some boiling water and mix it gently till thickened.

  9. Add the chocolate syrup to the baked cake and it is ready to be eaten.
