Chapter 2 - Informal Talk

Many may think What is Informal Talk? What does it mean over here? In my opinion Informal Talk is the thing that every boy wishes for to happen once with his first crush. These talks can be anything from things full of sense to intellectual things to something related to humorous stuff.

I also dreamt of having an informal conversation with her but was not confident enough. I always thought "why was it that we never have confidence when things come to stuff like talking to the girls that too with whom we always have a desire to talk to ?" but " so easy for things like being mischievous?" Boys gets good grades in every field as expected, same goes for me. My first informal conversation happened few months later after our first conversation. It’s not like we never talked in between but those all conversations were related to notes, class topics and studies only. "OH GOD! Have some mercy on me." Now finally that day came when we had our first informal conversation, I remember that day very well as it was a Sunday and we had early coaching classes -I don’t know whether there was a rule somewhere to call students on Sunday that too morning at 7:00 am to attend classes but, for me it was an only option to see my crush as she used to study in a different school.

As usual we had our classes for around 4 hrs after which I was about to head home but I heard her talking to her friends that they were leaving for a nearby shop to eat. I know it’s not nice to listen to other people's conversations. Despite that I listened on the conversation in a hope to know more about her, especially her likes and dislikes. So I followed her and tried my best to create a good impression of myself, so I ordered the same stuff as she did. Then finally came a moment where there was an unintentional eye contact between us, (yes I know !) and we smiled at each other. Finally I had our first informal conversation with her and then her friends. That day I came across one universal truth that when in conversation with a group of girls you hardly get a chance to speak unless you share their same views or interests. That day we had one and that was bitching about our tutors, their classes and their teaching. After that day we started to have random conversations whenever we had time between classes and we used to wave at each other, it was a dream coming true.

Now, I reached a point where one wrong move may destroy each and everything I had dreamed of but at the same time one good move may set my life right. The thought in my mind was to build up my confidence and approach her and ask her out. What I thought was, as a Boy it’s my right to ask her out since I liked her and as a girl ( if the roles are reversed, just avoiding gender bias here folks, both have both the rights :P), it’s her right to accept it or not to. Quite possible that she is already in a relationship,or she likes someone else but I got the risk it, I can only know it the hard way- asking her out. But I knew one thing for sure, I was ready to respect and accept the decision of hers. And thus started my dilemma - Should I approach her ? Should I ask her out ? Or Should I let it go with the flow ? Now GOD only knows what will happen between me and my first crush.
