Broccoli Patty

Ingredients

1. Broccoli 250gms

2. Onions (2 whole)

3. 3 greens chilis

4. Bread crumbs

5. 3 eggs

6. Butter

7. Cheese spread 100gms


Spices

1. Salt - 2 teaspoons

2. Pepper - 1 teaspoon

3. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon

4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon


Steps

1. First defrost the broccoli by soaking it in water.

2. Once the Broccoli is soft, finely chop them.

3. add finely chopped onions, butter and green chillis to the broccoli.

4. Add 3 eggs and cheese spread to the mix and mentioned spices.

5. Mix well and then add bread crumbs till the mixture has turned a little dry.

6. On an oven paper form the mixture into patties with little more butter on top and then let them bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius with the fan on mode.

7. If you don't have an oven you can directly shallow fry them in a non-stick pan till crispy.

8. Now that the patties are ready, toast bread adds a cheddar slice, some ketchup and mayo and a tasty healthy meal is ready!
